Refund policy

Overview:
                 
Due to the fragile and collectible nature of trading card games and sealed booster boxes, our return and refund policy lasts 48 hours from the time of delivery. If 48 hours have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligible Conditions for Return:
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original factory-sealed packaging with all shrink-wrap intact.

• Opened booster packs, unsealed boxes, or single cards are strictly non-returnable.

• Items damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours accompanied by unboxing video proof.

Refunds:
               
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
